Transistors - NOS Germanium Resistors - Carbon Comp Capacitors - "OG" Tropical Fish Metal Film - This is the traditional Fuzz Face arrangement. The input capacitor on the original FF was a 2.2μF axial electrolytic “barrel type”. An axial .01μF metallized polyester was used for the out cap. The Mullard Tropicals, as used in the Matt's Choice, offer a bit smoother sound that many of today's players prefer, but for dead-on Hendrix Fuzz this will be your best choice.
